Audio Products C++ Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented C++ Software Engineer to be a member of the Audio Products development team based in Szczecin (Poland) which creates and maintains several of the products in our Audio product portfolio including cutting-edge audio production devices, integrated hardware/software systems, iOS/Android mobile applications, and desktop software such as Avid Pro Tools among others.

Requirements

ormal education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent relevant field, or a similar level of knowledge gained through work experience
Relevant work experience in software development (Note: We are looking for developers of all levels of seniority)
Experience programming multi-threaded applications in C++
Experience designing and implementing object-oriented software designs
Demonstrated ability to debug complex software systems
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal English
Audio and/or video domain knowledge (digital signal processing, music technology, codecs, broadcast formats, etc.) or previous experience developing audio and/or video application software or devices
Experience with Git tools and workflows for source version control
Have worked as part of an Agile scrum team
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking
Experience programming real-time applications
Experience using industry standard GUI toolkits to create user interfaces
Passion about music, film or media is always a plus

Duties

In this role you will be responsible for creating, debugging, and maintaining C++ applications running on Mac and Windows. While your exact tasks will vary according to project requirements, typical tasks may include creating new features in our multi-threaded real-time application, writing UI code using our application framework, and contributing to the overall quality of our products
To join our team, you must have a solid understanding of software engineering and object-oriented design techniques, a unique ability to create, debug, and maintain bulletproof C++ code, an eye for detail, and extremely high standards with respect to software quality and reliability
In this role you will be part of a high-performing Agile scrum team with members in Poland and United States time zones
