Duties
As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing front line help desk support to Squiz Clients. You will be part of the product and solution 24/7 help desk providing support in line with our customer contractual obligations which includes monitoring all services, triage incoming tickets, answering queries and solving incidents and issues wherever possible . You will be responsible for ownership of tickets until they are resolved including escalation where needed.
