Junior CI DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an energetic person who will join the DevOps team which is working in the Continuous Integration area (CI).

You will be part of the multicultural CI/Maintenance support team. You will have opportunities to participate in creating new IT solutions, services. You will learn about a full software life cycle and a way of working in CI/DevOps.

The team works in Telecommunication Areas and is also responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Troubleshooting, innovation, and knowledge sharing are also part of the daily work in the team.

Requirements

Practical experience with Bash and Python scripting
Practical experience with Perl scripting
Experience with Object-Oriented Programming in Python
Practical experience in working with Linux OS
Good knowledge in GIT and Gerrit
Practical experience with SCM systems like GIT/SVN
Practical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit)
Experience in investigation and debugging of faults
Experience with Kubernetes / Basic knowledge
Good knowledge about containerization, Virtualization
Flexible and responsible personality with positive attitude and willingness to learn more
Good communication in English

Good to have:

Knowledge of agile processes and practices
Experience with Bazel
Experience with REST API implementation
Knowledge about basics of mobile networks systems 4G/5G
Experience with Jira
