A software development company that creates projects in the fields of eCommerce, IoT and Digital Transformation, is looking for an organized, creative and ambitious project manager focused on a team and development.

Requirements

Our expectations:

minimum one year of experience in managing an IT team
the ability to plan work and create schedules
high communication and interpersonal skills
basic knowledge of the IT industry and terminology related to software development
basic knowledge of project management methodologies
proactivity and the ability to provide constructive feedback
very good knowledge of the Polish language
knowledge of English at the B2 level at least
readiness to work in a remote and stationary system
experience in running projects based on agile methodologies
ability to use the Jira and Confluence systems

Additionally appreciated:

ability to work in multitasking environment
experience in managing a dispersed team
ability to organize and conduct meetings

managing of the development team
planning sprints and organizing work in a team
reporting and active participation in retrospectives
motivating, supporting and caring for the development of team members
implementation and promotion of changes initiated by the company
proactive support in building work standards in the company
cooperation and information exchange between teams
close cooperation with the company's management
