Senior Business Developer

This position is responsible for developing profitable sales in the existing channels and in new ones through the continuous development and monitoring of sales plans that will drive growth for our Company.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers with at least 5 Years of experience (preferably in the IT sector).

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent;

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position is a must;

• Technical background and experience in IT companies is an asset;

• An engineering background is an asset;

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;

• Fluent English is a must;

• High negotiation, presentation, communication, and Leadership skills.

Duties

• Research, locate, define, and target key business prospects;

• Establish and nurture relationships that fill the business pipeline with prospective partners and customers;

• Negotiate new partnerships and business alliances; work closely with legal experts to write contracts for new business partners;

• Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams;

• Create business development strategies; identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure.
