System Analyst LTE 4G / 5G

This position is located in Poland for R&D area for the telecommunication industry. Main area of System Analyst responsibilities is to support the deployment of new LTE & 5G products and features into customer networks.

Understand customer configurations and issues especially in the 5G DU/RU area.

Your team:

is responsible for the analysis of new 5G features, system and algorithms analysis.
uses state of the art new 5G solutions (open fronthaul interface O-RAN and cloud based solutions).
count around 10 people and is multinational.
works very closely with other teams and for external customers from different countries

Requirements

We expect you have:

Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing with very good understanding of the 5G Physical layer.
Good knowledge of LTE & 5G 3gpp standards, especially in the areas of the Physical Layer, Radio Resource Management and Mobility
Good knowledge of the system analysis processes and tools.
Background in SW architecture of embedded SW
Analytical mindset, result-oriented and ability to deliver under pressure.
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, because of the English-speaking work environment.

It's very useful if you have:

Professional experience on similar position in the telecommunication area.
Hands-on experience with programming languages like: C, C++ d
Matlab, Linux bash scripting, python
Experience in LTE/5G simulations
Experience in system verification and integration

Duties

Analysis and verification of new 5G features (5G Physical layer). Drive system analysis, algorithm analysis and test/simulations data analysis.
Work collaboratively on new features with SW teams and support them in SW integration.
Develop software for simulations and testing of the new 5G features. Contribute to advances in LTE & 5G Standards ( including O-RAN).
Support the deployment of new LTE & 5G products and features into customer networks. Understand customer configurations and issues especially in the 5G DU/RU area.
